BEAUTY-WISE......!!!!

Hey Guys as I had said in my last post that I’ll be posing some of the points which might be useful for you or that can help u out..! Here are a few pointers I think you might find useful or u might like it … I got these from the book…

Beauty - WISE…

Hello RED FOODS. BYE DARK SPOTS. Fruits and veggies that are naturally red are full of antioxidants that minimise skin pigmentation.

Drink a glass of vegetable juice everyday. It’s a great boost of vitamins and minerals that will leave your hair and skin with sheen u won’t miss.

Bring out those peepers: The area under the eye lacks natural moisture. It may lead to fine lines, early wrinkles and dark circles. You need a hyaluronic serum to keep it hydrated.

EAT CHOCOLATE. But the dark variety, and in moderation. The flavanoids may provide significant protection from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light. Rich chocolate could improve skin from within. Its the delicious skin care ingredient.

Your Lips need every bit of extra moisture they can get as they have no oil glands and natural moisture. Keep a tube of lip Care with u all the time.

HEALTH Wise…

First thing every morning, drink warm water with juice of half of lemon and honey mixed in. This helps get rid of the toxins in ur body.

Drink a lot of ice water, especially before a meal. This helps burn more calories-the body does that to maintain it’s internal temp, which drop due to the cold water.

Add spice to ur food with out adding the calories. Do this by sprinkling lemon juice and pepper on ur veggies

Myth #1

You might have heard: You don’t need sunscreen in winter.

What you should know: You need sunscreen in every season. Sunscreen is used as a chemical sunblock.

Myth #2 : The longer you keep your Hair Oil on the Better it is for the hair.

Too much Oil makes your scalp greay. This translates to using a lot more shampoo to remove oil, which can actually result in increased hair fall…

Myth #3 : Regular use of Cucumber slices and wet teabags can reduce your under-eye bags.

These are only temporary solutions. Pigmentation and puffiness around ur eyes could be due to blood vessels in the lids.
