Pani Puris are the best road-side food I have eaten. Its one of my FAV..!

I simply love them, you give me anytime I am all set ready for it. After tasting my first one, I never turned to it. Seriously, I would ran a mile if I had to eat this. Hehehe..!! J I simply love the idea of gulping the entire thing at just one shot. So when i go for chats , the choice is so obvious , i eagerly stands next to the Chat Wala gulping down the numerous Puris before the next one can be made…!! J Ahhh.. I just LOVE THEM..!! J I can jus see the smile creeping up my face as I type this..!! J J

I remember in college after our classes in the evenings, my friends used to eat pani puris from the GADI WALAs..!! One day they asked me to come along. I said I am not used to eating anything from the roadsides. They forced me , so I went along. Funny I jus used to stand there n watch them eat for 2 days , until I thought of trying it out....!! And since then I have been addicted to it..!! We used to go out like atleast twice a week …!! J I never liked to eat at roadside carts before that, but once I tried it there, I became a regular customer.

SO yesterday I had made these so tasty n yummy PANI PURIS for Iftar. Everybody loved it..!! J Ahh… It makes me wanna have them right now…!! J

I adapted the recipe from my cousin Ash. Thank you Ash for giving me the recipe.. LoVe u more..!! J

So tell me guys, anybody out there loves pani puris too or tell me which is ur fav roadside food….?...???? I would love to try it out… !! J
