Sick of COUGHTING …!!

I feel yuck…!! My head hurts-- “Cough” is being mean to me…! Also difficulty in swallowing….!! L

A few days back dint I tell u that am having a bad throat, well as it turns out, that led to a very bad and annoying cough! Have got this so unpleasant and so aggressive cough since a few days… Ahhhh…!! Which also leads to headache and sleepy and irritative mood…!! And this feeling like my lungs are trying to vomit themselves out of me, is driving me MAD.!!

Taking cough drops dint help, taking STEAMs dint help….

So my DAD suggested me to take some “Natural Herb” which he had..

Its called “HALDA” in hindi or “INDIAN GALL NUT “or “Terminalia Chebula” ( did a lil research to write this name..!! J )

Apparently it’s the best cure for a very intensive CoUGH..!! He said my GRANDMOM used to give him when he was little..! J

Dad powered it with this thing..!! J ( donno wats it called) it’s a good old-fashioned “GRINDING Machine” I guess….! Hehehe J

Am telling u guys, I have never tasted such a “SOUR” and “BITTER” thing before. It taste like “ YUK…!!”. Just can not eat it..!! Ahhhh… So I tried to mix the “HERBEL Powder” wit some HONEY and eat it…!! Yikes…! Unfortunately that dint help me either…! Donno why , but I’ll try n have it one more time…

So now am on my anti-biotics diet…!! And today was my first day…

Hoping to FEEL BETTER SOON .. inshaallah..!! J
