That seems easy enough right?
Since more than a month now, I am on an “Apple diet”. I am so sloppy with my eating habits. I have very less appetite and with that said I eat so unhealthy food too. I had less strength and I could easily get tired. I so needed some basic nutrition which could keep me energized and focused throughout my day.
So I have been having “One Apple daily”. Whatever I eat or however slack back I am in my day, I manage to eat atleast one apple everyday. And I must say the results have been great. I feel like I have gained much strength and feel very healthy. And maybe there’s some glow on my face too.. J

I am not a fan of APPLES. I HATED it. It was my least favorite fruit and I dreaded to eat it in the beginning. With time it got better and now I don’t have trouble eating it. I overcame my hatred and now I have overcame my eating disorder.

Apples are good for you. I recommend this to everyone. If you could eat an apple everyday, then you could submit yourself to a healthy eating diet.
