wedding series : Finally started feeling like a bride

If you guys have read my previous post, then you know that am getting married soon Inshaallah! and this post will be the first post on my "wedding series". 

With the wedding less than a month away there's so much going on and am literally going crazy. Everyday am out shopping and running errands and when the night rolls up am super super tired and completely exhausted and I just wanna kick off my heels and curl up in my bed. But I must say every bit of shopping and planning you do and every penny you spend is gonna be totally worth it! Its going to be amazing.

So my post in the series is about the whole idea of “taking it in” that your getting married. Yes!

This is real. This is happening. It is meant to be.

Accepting that you are a BRIDE is so important. The first time I felt like a bride was on my engagement day. It was something like this. When I walked in the beauty salon to get my makeup done, the girl over at the reception went on like “Oh! The BRIDE is here”!! Ahh! I felt like a real bride then and maybe a tiny bit more excited. It was a good feeling afterall. It was amazing. Nobody can know the feeling except you. Really slowly sinking in that am getting married. Hmmmm…

The next thing you gotta do is “make a list”. PLANNING :Get a diary or make a folder and make the list of things that you need to do. Like Shopping, Guest list, bridal wear and shoe, make your bridal trousseau, gift ideas etc…. Carry this checklist with you everywhere you go. Its gonna make your work load so easy. And this is coming from a girl who has not even made a list yet because am scared to!!! Guys there’s so much that I need to do. I hope everything goes smoothly and as planned.
