CHOCOLATE CHIP VANILLA Cupcakes

Ya.. I know … I know.. I am like a crazy CUPCAKE lover..!! Though am still learning, everyone by now know that I LOVE BAKING! And bake a lotta CupCakes..!! J

My cute lil COUSIN who’s just like “11yrs” old came over to my place yesterday and asked me to teach her to bake. Wow!! Isn’t it GREAT for a 11yr OLD..!! J And she was so excited and EAGER to learn. I was delighted to teach her too..! J

She got all the ingredients by herself... Check out how we made it..!! J

For all you people who wanted me to share the "RECIPE!!"

First step : Get all your ingredients ready before u get started.!

Butter : 150gms

Flour: 175gms

3 eggs

2tsp Vanilla essence and 3/4 tsp Baking Powder

Sugar: 175gms

Next : soft the butter

Then whisk in the sugar..

Beat 3 eggs into it..

{My cousin was so excited to break the eggs. She said she was doing it for the first time.. n was so joyful in the act..!! :-)}

Combine together "Flour and Baking powder" and "Vanilla essence" and half cup "MILK"

Last step: Add in some "Chocolate CHIPS"

Spoon into a muffin tin lined with 12 cupcake cases.

Bake at 180 C for 22 mins ... Tada! here they are..!! :-)

Do the ICING and Add some "SPRINKLES" over

I have made this recipe numerous times and it never fails. Hope this helps..
