I am so lacking behind my 101 list of goals. ( if u haven’t read my 101 goals already then click here) Though I’ave completed a few of them, I was putting it off to POST about that. J
Today I get to mark off the first thing in my 101 goals in 1001 days list.
#7 – Go vegetarian for a week!
Going vegan! Going off meat..
How hard can it be…?? Let me tell you it wasn’t so easy! But I finally managed to do it.. so cheers to that.!! J
I was never on a vegetarian diet before nor I am a 100% non-vegetarian. I eat very few and specific veggies!!
This was a healthy thing to do. The only thing is living in a house where my family isn’t vegetarian, I don’t know how I did it. I was running out of options to eat…. Hahaha.. J
Its gonna make the process a bit easy, just avoid the smell of the MEAT, it makes you really want to eat it…. Haha J
I felt really good going vegetarian for healthy reasons.
I feel like doing it every month for a week now. But donno if that is gonna happen.. J J
If you want to go vegan then remember to eat GREENS, NUTS, RICE and FRUITS too…( u wanna get adequate nutrients) J
And also remember you can still eat cheese, chocolates, chips and Ice cream right…?? ..? J

nice... we can try out a lot things that way.. like no junks for a week...;) am sure u cant survive..
