DAY 1: This was my
first time ever. Like I have never done any kinda workout. I was so excited. I
put on my track pants, pulled up my sock, wore my new “gym shoe”, spotted some deodorant and
off I go.
Tomorrow is another day... Hope I’ll do better atleast on day 2. J

Envisioned it to be quite
easy. Oh so easy.
I reach the gym. As the
instructor checks my weight, I get a big a sigh! “Oh! I have put on a little
weight”. No problem though. Cause that’s why am here for, I can reduce it.
Little
did I know…?
As the instructor starts
to warm up, I get ready to start. and there comes the other gals who already
know what you do and have been doing this for a long time.
I have a conversation with
a girl. She asks me if I have finished my 12th. OMG! She thinks am
still a kid. Well! I get this a lot, a lot a lotttt. I look younger for my age,
which is a gud thing right?
Aerobics session. Loud music. We start

I dint know if am doing
the moves right. I was just looking at the gym instructor and followed her. The
first 15mins went well. The real challenge was after “that 15mins”. Oh my gosh! I started to feel tired already. I
slowly started to lower it down. I though “I should not give up” and I used every bone in my body and strength to “not stop”.
But I couldn’t just take it anymore so I gave up!
I
was so embarrassed. All the gals working out and I was just sitting. But I dint
sat there for a long time. Just a min or two maybe. I gotup and started doing
again and somehow finished it. MAN! I was like worn out. Literally,
it took my breath away!!
So first day, I worked out
only for 30min maybe! I told the instructor I would take it slow. And I headed
home. I was exhausted and I had to walk home. I couldn’t feel my legs and thought I would trip and fall off. I dint. I managed to get home safely.
Went straight to my room, kicked that gym shoe I was crazy about, switched on the fan and just
lay flat on the floor!!
OMG! It took me half hour
to come back to my normal
state... LOL J
Oh! Man.. Oh Man.. Oh man.. Oh man!!
What was
I thinking? Like really watt was I thinking..? Ha-ha... :)

Meruuuu wen did u join gym!! ?tats gr8 news! I can imagine how tired u must've been..even though I haven't tried out aerobics..bt keep it goin! Ul slowly build ur stamina,.wish I cud join u:) would've been fun..

but somehow, whenever I hear the name of gym and the aerobics.. i tend to get excited.
