DAY 2: With all the
body pain from last day’s, I just didn't know what to do. Will I be able to do
it or not? I thought I’ll take the day off. Like who takes a day off on there 2nd
day itself? So I dint! I went anyway.
Today for a different day.
It was different in the sense, I dint try too hard to do the exercises and I
dint feel tired so much. I had a plan! Haha…
I got myself a “water
bottle” to regain my energy. I sipped water between intervals. This really helped.
(Despite the fact
that I donno if I can do that)
Walking on the tread mill
for the first time. When it was turned on at a slow speed I instantly started
to run on it instead of walking. LOL. Then I realized what the real thing was,
after walking on it for a while I was pro. Haha. J Dint feel so tired even though I walked for almost 30mins.
Walking was not an issue
really. I’m used to walking. I can even run a marathon I guess. J
Guys these are my new
shoes for gym. Like it much? I just luv them. It was obvious that I was gonna buy
them in “PINK”. So girly girly…. J


DAY 3:
I woke up with body ache.
Body aches all over and it was hard. You move ur hand, you move ur legs or bend your body- muscle pain everywhere. I
was certain I would bunk today. Got to some thinking and gained some willpower
to not give up. Also really the pain wasn't so bad compared to the previous
days. I kinda got used to it. Haha. J
And today I had my fav
songs to listen to while walking on the tread mill.
Its been a week and a
lot has changed over the days. I don’t feel so exhausted after the workout. Am
slowly enjoying it now. Taking one step at a time.
I believe that if you
incorporate atleast some kind of workout routine in your daily life’s, its
gonna completely change your lifestyle. you’ll be amazed to actually feel the
changes in you. your moods always good and ur health too.
Its been just a week and
am still getting the hang of it guys!
So do you guys think I can take
this workout seriously and achieve my goal weight?
You guys have any tips for me?
